Guardians of the Sanctuary

The Works Department came into existence in 1999 as a vital auxiliary of the Household of God Church. Our mission is centered on the stewardship of God's house, ensuring that the physical environment remains a pristine reflection of the glory of the Lord.

As born-again Christians who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, we believe that every task—no matter how small or hidden—is an act of worship. We perform our duties not just for the eyes of men, but with a spirit of excellence that honors our Heavenly Father.

Scope of Service

The department handles the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of:
  • The Church Premises
  • Household of God Street
  • The Citadel Surroundings
  • The Car Park
  • External Drainages

Operational Philosophy

Our strength comes directly from the Word of God. We approach the cleaning of the church street and the car park with the same reverence as the sanctuary itself. In the Household of God, orderliness and cleanliness are not just aesthetic choices, but biblical requirements for the place where the saints gather.

Members of this department meet every Saturday at 12 Noon, sacrificing their personal time to prepare the grounds for the Sunday morning service. It is a labor of love that remains one of the silent pillars of our ministry's excellence.
